Titan Batteries (FAQ)

What chargers can I use?
Because our lithium ion cells share a common charge voltage with lithium polymer, any smart balance charger with a white balance plug will safely charge a Titan Power pack. If the charger is not a simple plug and charge, and has digital settings to configure, please use the recommended settings for the specific battery being charged (2.6 for a 2600mAh). Learn how to charge a Titan Pack onYouTube

What is the C-Rating?
Titan Power offers batteries that satisfy 99% of the airsoft industry.
EXAMPLE: C Rating: 10C at 2600 mAh (equivalent of 1300mAh 20C, a common airsoft lipo variant)
Is this rating enough?  Why C rating is only half the equationhttps://www.gettitanpower.com/blogs/news/short-and-long-answers-what-is-the-c-rating

If you have a heavily modified device that requires an abnormally large amount of discharge, a high discharge lipo may still be needed. For most everybody, Titan Power is a viable option for better performance, longer play, and safer use.

Will this battery fit my gun?

11.1 Nunchucks
Size: 19.5mm (0.77in) thick, 132mm (5.2in) long... This battery is typically placed inside crane stocks, please measure your battery space prior to ordering if there is concern on fitment.

11.1 Sticks
Size: 19.5mm (0.77in) thick, 197mm (7.76in) long... This battery is typically placed inside buffer tubes or AK receivers. Please note that when in buffer tubes, it's common for the front two stock positions to not be able to be used, but the back 3 instead. For AK receivers, please check the width measurement inside your device against the specifications above prior to ordering if there is concern on fitment.

11.1 Bricks
Size: 55mm (2.17in) thick, 70mm (2.76in) long, and 19mm (0.75in) tall... This battery is typically placed inside PEQ boxes or LMGs. Please note that it will not fit all PEQs or LMGs, measure your battery space prior to ordering if there is concern on fitment. Titan offers our own 3D-printed PEQ box if needed, it's not the prettiest but it functions well!

7.4 Sticks

7.4 Bricks
Size: 56.5mm (1.44in) thick, 70mm (2.76in) long, and 19mm (0.75in) tall...

Can you make smaller batteries?
While there are many benefits to Lithium Ion, the drawback is size. Because the cells we use are steel, we're not able to configure as many shapes as plastic lipo batteries. We recommend checking our dimensions on our product pages, but if it's a device with a tiny battery space such as the Krytac Vector AEG, Krytac PDW, or G&G ARP9, sadly we cannot fit our product in these small device spaces yet...

No Puff
Titan Power batteries will never puff and become unsafe, like lipos will that have been either neglected or simply aged over time.

No Memory
Titan Power batteries can be charged from empty or nearly full without damaging the battery. Even if your battery gets low and your device cannot cycle, the battery is still within safe operating ranges and can be charged safely back to 100%.

More Power
Beginning in 2020, the Titan Power product line outperforms ALL airsoft batteries, with the same or higher rate of fire, and the same or greater trigger response, when comparing like voltage and similar size.

More Capacity
Titan Power batteries can store on average 2-5 times the energy of other airsoft batteries, keeping you in the game longer.

No Fade / Lasts Forever
Titan Power batteries can hold a charge for months and still be ready to use on game day. An extreme example is a pack used for testing, charged in 2012, which still holds 88% of its life in 2018. These packs can also be charged over 300 times and still store 80% of its original capacity.
